Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Canada.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, we are unable to make adjustments. However, you can return your order for a full refund once it's received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and shipped the following day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends, and extra processing time may be needed during holidays or busy sale seasons.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us for further assistance.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
The prices on our site are tax-free in CAD dollars. However, you may be responsible for import taxes, duties, and related customs fees once your order reaches its destination.
